In addition to the extended projects in process by its subsidiaries, PANDORA continues an important part of the development activities of the LEPTOS GROUP in the field of Real Estate, with projects that exceed the amount of 250 million pounds.
PANDORA owns more than 430 acres of preferential land which was bought by experts with great experience at a time when the price of land was low and at locations with increased potential and prospects of development.
These investments are expected to bring important benefits both due to their increase in value as well as to the development of the land. The great number of the ongoing projects of PANDORA described in summary, offers a wide range of choices to the Cypriot and foreign buyers. The activities of PANDORA are extended to Greece, as a result of the enlargement and widening of the activities of the LEPTOS GROUP.
